Introduction
We are thrilled to introduce the new Kiosk Flow Feature designed for scenarios where signers are physically present at your location. This feature provides an efficient and seamless alternative to traditional sequential or parallel signing modes, specifically suited for in-person signing sessions.
Key Highlights
- Sequential Signing without Email Invitations: In kiosk mode, signers will sign one after another, similar to the sequential mode, but without needing email invitations.
- On-Screen Signing: All signers will use the same on-screen document, ensuring a streamlined and effective signing process for in-person signing sessions.
Getting Started with Kiosk Mode
Step 1: Accessing the Kiosk Mode
- Navigate to the Signers tab in the document configuration interface.
- In the Signers Section, you will find three options to configure the signing order: Parallel, Serial, or Kiosk.
- Select Kiosk to enable the kiosk signing process, designed specifically for public-facing or in-person signing environments.

Step 2: Adding and Configuring Signers
- To add signers, click the + ADD SIGNER button.
- Use the search bar or invite new signers using the Invite Button.
- Once you have selected the desired signers, click SELECT to proceed.
- After configuring the signers, save the document. The SIGN button will become active once all required fields and configurations are complete.
Step 3: Configuring the Document for Signers
- Ensure that each signer has the appropriate fields to interact with in the document (e.g., initials, text fields, dates).
- You can drag and drop these fields into the appropriate positions on the document.
- A warning message may appear, prompting you to ensure that all necessary fields are correctly placed before proceeding to the next step.
